I applied in-person. I interviewed at Panda Express
Interview
Two managers sat down with me and asked me about myself. Then they had a list of questions and I don't think they asked all of them. I think they asked me questions and based upon my answers, they asked follow up questions and also used that to gauge what other questions they should ask.
The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Panda Express
Interview
I applied 2 weeks ago on Monday I got a call back the same hour I applied, scheduled an interview for Friday. Interview was easy and really pleasant. My interviewer said I would get passed to the next interview. I waited over the weekend to get a back but I didn't so I decided to call Tuesday and my interviewer answered, remembered my name and said that her manager just got back from out of town and she would call me back. Haven't gotten a callback since then
The interview was quick and easy. They ask mostly experience/personality based questions. If you’ve never had a job before it’s okay! They’re very understanding and most new employees have no prior experience.
