I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Pando (Chennai) in Mar 2026
Interview
I had a very positive experience interviewing with Pando. The entire recruitment process was well-structured, transparent, and professionally managed.
The interview rounds were thoughtfully designed to assess both technical knowledge and practical understanding. Each interviewer was approachable, respectful, and focused on meaningful discussions rather than just theoretical questions.
What stood out the most was the clear communication throughout the process. The HR team kept me informed at every stage, and the timelines were well managed without unnecessary delays.
I also appreciated the professionalism of the leadership team during the final rounds. The discussions were insightful and gave me a clear understanding of the role, expectations, and company vision.
Overall, it was a smooth and engaging experience, and I look forward to starting my journey with the organization.
Tips for other candidates: Be clear with your fundamentals, be honest in your responses, and be prepared to discuss practical scenarios related to your role.
