I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Panera Bread (Springfield, MA) in Oct 2011
Interview
This is the second time I have interviewed with this company. Be prepared for interviews; i had FOUR. It was an hour drive to their location. All asked the same questions. I even completed their .5 work day. Twice. It ended without an offer. Seriously , gas is expensive and I only own two suits. I run restaurants, wasting time is NOT one of my strong points. How's that for an answer!

Question 1
If you're going to sit someone down FOUR times and ask them the same 6 questions, I mean really.
Pretty easy process, usually only have two interviews. They typically ask about previous job experiences and how you handle conflict. One with the DM and another with the RM. Both were done virtually but can also be completed in person.

I applied online. I interviewed at Panera Bread (Burnsville, MN)
Interview
It was professional and casual at the restaurant. Easy to talk with the recruiter. I didn't ultimately choose it at the time but it was pleasant enough. I think they hire from within and I was hoping to start as a GM
A recruiter reached out to me, before telling me what company the posting was specifically for he insisted on “re-working” my resume, but removed my most recent relevant experience and filled it with buzz words. I either from the process after my first phone interview with the recruiter because he was making the process convoluted and difficult.

Why do you think you would be a good fit? (Recruiter had reached out to me hasn’t told me what company the role was with yet, just sent a vague description)
