First you meet with a recruiter, Then if they like you a DM will call you and set up an interview, After that if they like you they have you work a 2hr shift in a store to make sure you like it, Then sit down and talk salary and where you will train

Pretty easy process, usually only have two interviews. They typically ask about previous job experiences and how you handle conflict. One with the DM and another with the RM. Both were done virtually but can also be completed in person.

Interview
It was professional and casual at the restaurant. Easy to talk with the recruiter. I didn't ultimately choose it at the time but it was pleasant enough. I think they hire from within and I was hoping to start as a GM
A recruiter reached out to me, before telling me what company the posting was specifically for he insisted on “re-working” my resume, but removed my most recent relevant experience and filled it with buzz words. I either from the process after my first phone interview with the recruiter because he was making the process convoluted and difficult.
