The interview was very casual, where I sat down with the hiring manager and talked for about 15 minutes, They also asked me for a quick resume and why I was coming to the interview, but since I was only a temporary hire for the summer, it seemed like the manager didn't really care about qualificatons.
I applied online. I interviewed at Panera Bread (Tampa, FL) in Apr 2026
Interview
Good experience. They gave me a free drink and asked about my prior experience and availability. There were several more people waiting to be interviewed, though, and it felt rushed.
The interview was quick and easy, with friendly questions that made me feel comfortable. It flowed naturally, didn’t feel stressful, and gave me a good chance to express myself confidently.
