Pankow Builders Project Engineer interview questions

Pankow brings in two managers to have an informal conversation with the applicant. They run a few scenarios, have a healthy dialogue with you about the scenarios, and determine how close you were to what they were looking for.

Interview through phone, then interview in person at the office. Interviews were pretty relaxed and give you a good sense of the company and its employees. Communication during process is good.
