I applied online. I interviewed at Panorama Consulting (Northfield, MN) in Aug 2021
Interview
I was selected based on my CL and Resume for a phone interview. They asked basic introductory questions and two behavioral questions. The interviewer was friendly and welcoming although there were some tricky questions I did not expect.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
1. Tell us about yourself.
2. Why do you want to work for the position of strategy intern?
3. Tell us about a challenge you faced and overcame.
The interview process was a standard experience. A series of 30 min interviews with a timed presentation piece. Standard operating procedures for the field of work. The questions were mostly about competing priorities. Panelists were very friendly and answered questions.

Tell us a time when you had to manage multiple competing deadines?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Panorama Consulting (Denver, CO) in Oct 2015
Interview
Messy, scattered, unorganized.
Had to present a case study from data they give. Data was a mess, spent most of the time trying to make sense and clean it up. Found out data was from a real cleint that didn't end well. Never really got to present my work. Figured it was required to present it on the overhead to several poeple (HR, my future boss, a couple others) They dragged an available person in, everyone else left, and I pitched my findings (without media or visual help) to this person who couldn't care less.
