I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Papa John's (Sterling, VA) in Oct 2012
Interview
You will want to apply in-person because they do discriminate you on your appearance sometimes. Once they decide to hire you they will explain to you the process for orientation which everybody has to attend. And once you attend orientation, you're able to start whenever you can.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Papa John's in Jun 2020
Interview
I applied online, and they called me to set up an interview within 2 weeks. The "interview" was actually just them taking my documents and telling me when I would start. I got the opportunity to ask them any questions I had as well. The only question I was asked was on my way out the manager jokingly asked how I deal with stress because this is a stressful job.
I applied online. I interviewed at Papa John's (Auburn, AL) in Sept 2019
Interview
Arrived at the interview. Listed my availability and experience. Got a call back the next day for a follow-up. I filled out the paperwork and completed the training courses online. After that, I was officially hired.
