Paragon Offshore interview questions

With boss and bosses boss, then with HR twice that is the process, the fill out an application, then wait, wait and wait some more . . . pretty much like this form to fill out the interview process. . .

I was scheduled for a phone interview with the IT Manager of Systems & Networking, and the Team Lead, Systems Engineer. This was set up as a 3 way call and they had to call me back as the initial call did not work and not everyone could be heard. After being introduced to both of the men who were conducting the interview, I was asked to sum up my I.T. skills and my career. I was then asked a little bit about each of my previous positions that appear on my resume. The interview was almost solely conducted by the Team Lead, Systems Engineer as the IT Manager just listened in. When the Team Lead, Systems Engineer was done, he asked the IT Manager if he had any questions for me; and the IT Manager said that he didn't. The interview ended at this point, and they never contacted me back either way.
