Parallax Junior Dev-Ops Engineer interview questions

I applied for the role via Indeed, I was invited for the first interview which went really well and I was invited for a second interview which would be a AWS Practical test however two days before I was scheduled to go for the second interview I got an email from one of directors advising me they have decided to go with someone else, I would have thought it would be good business practice to at least test me before rejecting me for a position.
