Paramount Beauty interview questions

Received an initial phone call to interview day after I applied. The SVP was very nice. During the interview, she tried to get to know me as a person instead of just what's on my resume. Really appreciated the process being quick. Nice office and people seem nice as well. Small company but good environment to work in.
