I was contacted by corporate recruiting to see if I was interested in an exploratory interview. Met with the hiring manager twice for behavioral and technical interviews plus two team members. All seem to go well. After four and a half hours of interview time, I received a standard form rejection email the next day. I rate this experience as poor on the recruiting side as I think a phone conversation was warranted given they reached out to me and I was not applying for a specific position among other candidates.
