I applied online. I interviewed at Paramount (New York, NY)
Interview
I had a lovely experience! They asked thoughtful questions and we had a great conversation. I also did not feel rushed or like my time would run out. They were able to give me timeline of when to expect to hear about the next steps.
The interview process was 5 weeks long and started two weeks after submitting my resume and cover letter. One initial interview with Talent Acquisition Department, then with hiring managers, before the last interview with SVP and CD.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Paramount (Los Angeles, CA) in Mar 2019
Interview
It was pretty standard. I was asked to do a phone interview first and the recruiter asked basic questions. Afterwards, I met with the producers. It was pretty easy overall.
