Paramount Video Encoder interview questions

Manager was very friendly in the phone screening process, and was continuing this at the beginning of the face to face process. However as the interview continued, the HM asked me why I did not know spanish; this was NOT mentioned in the job advertisement. I was passed over for a less qualified candidate from out of town because I did not know spanish. NOT because of my lack of Video encoding. I will never apply for a job @ MTV ever again!
