Interview
Took about two months in total. I met with Parker at a school career fair and accepted an on-campus interview two days later. My second round of interviews were then about 2 months later. I interviewed with 6 different engineering branches of the company for about 20 minutes each. Interviews were mainly conversational, in other words a personality fit!
Interviewed with multiple teams - generally the same questions were asked. Long day with multiple panel interviews. The best part was being able to compare notes and network with other candidates on site.
2 rounds of interviews. Initial interview was with two people. The final interview was 5 separate group interviews but they were all fairly similar. They asked basic interview and STAR formatted questions.
There is one preliminary interview followed by 5 group (around 3-5 people each) interviews all on the same day by the different groups at Parker. Interviews lasted about 25 minutes each.
