The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Parker Hannifin in Aug 2018
Interview
Extremely bad experience. From 1st interview (In August) to last interview (Sep) it took 1 month. After that they replied to me after 2 months that position has been filled. I followed every 2 weeks and "senior" HR told I am being considered. I gave all the round of interviews. Total 3 months to hear that result. I feel they already hired someone but still didn't reply to me with a no until last week in November when "senior" HR did.
"Senior" HR called and had a brief conversation for about 15 minutes. After that he wasn't responsible to get back to me. I had to find him on Linkedin and ping him regarding status as he didn't send me his email address. Extremely unprofessional to directly call and no emails. Finally unprofessionally he replied me on Linkedin regarding next steps.
Next was hiring manager. It went well. She was good to talk with.
Then panel interviews with some representatives. Again there were about 5 people in groups of 2 for about 2 hours of interview. So unprofessional that none had my resume. They had there pre-defined questions which they asked me. No one knew what my background is or what skills I bring on the table. This was bad experience.
Finally was told to go onsite for an interview. They were interviewing for NC state position but sent me to another state office which was closer to my location. Again unprofessional where I was expecting people from supply chain team but only IT manager and division manager ended up meeting. Felt they didn't know why they were interviewing and thought this was just for sake of it. Waste of time, Division manager while talking to me was into his phone and went outside at least for a couple times. They should understand interview is two way process and everyone shouls be respected.
Would suggest everyone that if you are interviewing with this company make sure to have multiple jobs with you and don't expect any results soon. I interviewed to a few other companies and all were so professional and gave respect. This was the worst experience.
