Application: Applied online. The process took 10 days.
Interview: Straight forward. Interviewed with 10 people including hiring manager and HR manager. Interview questions were mainly technical. Some of them behavioral focused. Asked a little bit about previous experience and what experience I had in coaching and mentoring young engineers.
The typical Interview process, is reasonable! They are in need of SMEs and offer remote or hybrid WFH model Overall great company to work for, located in LA. First screening interview over Teams and then in person interview onsite. They relative move quick and HR is freindly.

There was 3 interviews in total. Same questions every time. I do not think the groups talk to each other. The position was not well defined and I do not think they knew what they wanted or really needed.
