Informal interview process with 30 mins discussion over the telephone followed by an in-person interview. Very relaxed interview with none of the cliche interview questions. The focus of the interview was primarily on my experience and motivation for joining the firm. The interviewer allowed me to ask numerous questions a the end of the interview, which was very informative.

i hada n interview of 40 - 50 min. i had been asked questions about my experiences and skills and how i would be able to contribute to the team
