Walked in, met the Senior Project Manager (Tom) and sat down and had a talk for about 40 minutes. The interview was hard for me because I was fresh out of University with no experience at all and was asked questions relating to consulting. At the time I did not know what Parsons was and just winged it but I somehow got the job still

The interview was done with a panel of current employees who all gave me great insight into their time at the company and asked in depth questions to see how I would fit into the team. It was easy to connect with everyone in the interview and made me feel even more passionate to work for Parsons.
