Was called in for interview. Interviewed with Principal and Vice Principal whereby they asked various questions on how to handle various scenarios. Received call from Vice Principal that I got the position.

Describe your current practice related to technology use for communicating with parents, collaborating with colleagues and engaging students in the learning process.
Fair. Typical education interview. I was asked questions about how specific types of students learn, and such. The administrators interviewing me were courteous and also asked me about my background.

I was interviewed among a panel of 3 administrators (principal, and two vice-principals). I also was asked to do a demonstration lesson, where I taught the class in a simulated process.
