The Aptitude round tests problem-solving and analytical skills. GD (Group Discussion) assesses communication and teamwork. Manager round evaluates leadership and decision-making. HR round focuses on personality, cultural fit, and motivation

Interview process was to check on communication and client handling. They gave a scenario how do you handle a dissatisfied client. Then , self introduction and some basic questions. Learning US property taxes is an added plus since the process is about property tax reduction for Texas mostly.
