Interview
The interview process consisted of one interview in person one over the phone and it also included a test to measure your competency in excel. I was given a tour of the building met with some peers and discussed pay requirements

Basic questions or ask tell me about yourself. What did you work? What experience do you have? how does your experience relate to the current opening
very normal process, great people, great example of how companies should work. Some companies play games, they don't play games. It was a pretty quick process too. I wish that other companies would do things the same way.

Interview
Did the process backward. I had the interview first and a personality test after. The interview went great and the people I met were all amazing and very kind, but the personality test didn't match the corporate specifications so unfortunately, I couldn't continue along in the process.
