Send CV, CL and transcripts to HR; then being invited to a in-person interview with HR and a par, quite common questions such as why law, why this firm, strengths and weaknesses.
Was an hour long interview with 2 partners. This was the final round after completing a vacation scheme and I was being assessed for a training contract. It was a mixture of competency, motivational and commercial awareness.
