One on one process which seemed thorough enough to make a comprehensive decision. Carried out by other designers rather than HR which allowed an informed choice to be made later on and ensured easy integration into the team.

Describe portfolio to us and explain decision making

Interview
- Telephone interview including portfolio read through and personal questions.
- On site assessment day featuring interview with designers as well as CEO + digital based design task.
- Design task involved use of photoshop and other adobe cc products to create a visualisation in response to a typical brief.
