All 4 interviews went well, could not have gone any better, they were all long and very technical. I was asked if I could start on a certain week and if this salary amount was ok. I was to talk to a few higher ups. I was then ghosted. Weeks later I received an automated email saying sorry but no. I sent a follow up email with no reply. I guess it was a blessing in disguise because after talking to a few people that work there, they are growing too fast, and have no standard code platform for any of their verticals and they are understaffed. The few I talked to that work there stated that the ghosting was very unprofessional, as it was.
