I received an initial call from one of the Directors for a screening process. The call was made up of basic questions (background, studies, objectives, etc).
Afterwards, I had to conduct an assignment. I had to come up with a 2 banks that could be hypothetical clients of the company. Then, I would have to identify the right stakeholders to target and show several draft email messages that I would send. After handing in the assignment I also had a cold call simulation with the Director.
The next phase of the interview was an in-person meeting with the Director and the VP.
And lastly, I had a one on one meeting with the CEO.
