Paycor Software Engineer interview questions

It was pleasant process and it was very fast. You'll have a HR interview and quickly after that a technical interview. After that you'll get an offer, or don't. It was nice experience.

The technical interview contained a matrix algorithm question of finding a suitable path based on a constraint. The interview then proceeded to go through previous work history and work accomplishments. The interviewer was personable and helped through the process. My only suggestion to the interviewer would be to give environment set up instructions ahead of the interview to save time.
