They emphasize highly on company culture. I interviewed with the HR and a senior analyst. It was a positive response from them until they found out that I will require sponsorship, and they started viewing me differently.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Payless ShoeSource (Topeka, KS)
Interview
Two phone interviews, first with an HR person and the second with an Analyst. One week later got flown out there for a one day interview with 4 ppl from the FP&A division (Director and three other finance managers). Everything went well..the next day I received an email stating everything was moving in a positive direction, the team would love to have me on board and an official offer will be sent within the coming days... after two weeks I was sent a rejection letter.

Question 1
Questions weren't very difficult...they just want to know more about your background and experience. They will also ask you technical questions regarding the position applied for. They will also ask you why you want to work and live in Kansas (if you are not from there), they're very sensitive about what your response will be.
