Interview
I applied online and got a call for an interview about a week later. The interview was with a couple of managers. They were very friendly and the interview went well. Questions like 'describe and a stressful situation you were in and how did you handle it?' and 'what made you choose Payless?' were asked. I was also asked to do a role play with a manager. He walked in the store and I had to sell him a shoe. Just be relaxed and elaborate on your answers.

I passed and started quickly. The process was simple and not intimidating. Everything felt straightforward, and I would definitely recommend it to others looking for an easy experience. I enjoy working here.

Interview was less than 30 minutes and hired same day. They will almost always hire on the spot im a teenager and they still gave me a job.
