The interview process began with an internal recruiter reaching out to share information about the company and the role. After sharing my resume, there was a series of interview calls with the recruiter, the hiring manager, and an external technical screening partner. I was then invited to participate in a series off in-person interviews with senior leadership team. The day ended with a couple personality and skills assessments. There was then a final follow-up call a few days later from the hiring manager. A phone call and formal written offer was made within a week and background checks were initiated. The whole process was well organized and any questions were promptly addressed.
