Interview
My interview for Peak was a two-stage process, beginning with a 1:1 interview with the Marketing Manager. She was warm and welcoming but also shrewd in her questions about my experience, my goals and my ambitions for a career in marketing.
After a successful first round interview I was invited back for second round with the Marketing Manager, the Head of Sales and the UK MD (the latter's involvement being revealed to me as we walked to the interview room!). Thankfully, it was still a great interview and I took my time to give honest and direct answers to all questions from the three interviewers. Luckily, I was successful in the role and spent over 2.5 rewarding years working in the UK Marketing Team at Peak.
