It began with an HR interview, which was very pleasant and focused on providing an overview of the company, its culture, and the role's expectations. This was followed by a technical interview with the development team, where I was asked to complete a technical assignment to demonstrate my problem-solving skills and technical expertise. The next stage involved an interview with the development management team, which included both discussions about the project scope and my role in the team, as well as logic-based questions to assess my critical thinking and decision-making abilities. Overall, the process was thorough and offered a good insight into the company's expectations and values.
