First interview was simple and focused on my personality and base knowledge. Manager really put me at ease to make it a pleasurable experience. They wanted to ensure that the team they are putting together had little to no conflicts or potentials for conflicts. A well groomed team that gets along works well together can solve problems more efficiently.
