      Declined offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Pearson (Bloomington, MN) in Mar 2016

      Interview

It was a half-day interview. They brought all the candidates into a room to introduce ourselves, meet some current employees, and watch a presentation about the company. Then we were sent to take a 30-minute IQ test of sorts about general math and logic. Next, we had a technical interview about Java with some current developers. Lastly, we had a soft-skills interview with some managers from the teams we would be working with if we got the internship. They provided snacks and lunch. I turned down the opportunity to work for Dan Stusynski, and it was the greatest mistake of my college career.
