Responded to a post on our school's career forum. Sent an email and they set a Skype interview up. Got asked three basic programming questions; they prefer it if you use Java. All very basic questions.
One question was how do you find the middle number given three numbers.

Last one was a simple query question.

The interview was good. I had an one hour interview. The overall interview was a great experience for me. They asked questions from areas like oop concepts, uml diagrams, JavaScript and java.

Live coding interview on-site, mind teaser puzzle questions in the culture-fit interview that they were proud no one had answered correctly yet... Very outdated system just like the actual internship.
