Interview
It is a long 1-3 month process, you are phone interviewed several times before you get a face to face interview. Once you pass that you are asked to do a campus project that can take an entire week. Then you present that project and continue to the final steps

Interview
I applied online, interviewed with HR (general questions about my past experiences), then interviewed with the potential direct manager and then the GM. The Manager and GM asked much more difficult questions than HR. Took a cognitive ability assessment. Then went through a background and reference check before receiving my offer.
