      Multi-Media Developer/Flash Developer Interview

      22 Jan 2010
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Austin, TX
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Pearson (Austin, TX) in Jan 2010

      Interview

Two of the team members (project manager and developer) met with me for half an hour to brief me on the company and then a met with a panel of half a dozen of the team members to whom I showed my work and who let me know more about what their team does. I then met briefly with the woman who was in charge of the job search and who leads the team - she told me what they were looking for and how close I was to fitting that. Finally, I met with the recruiter who explained the company benefit program.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Recruiter: "Think of a person who has been difficult for you to work with. How was that situation resolved?"
