The interview process started normal and even got to 3rd interview and then silence, no feedback. Followed up and no answer. I find this is a real lack of professionalism as well as lack of respect for the candidates. Definitely encourage Pelican to display more respect towards interviewed candidates and provide feedback on recrutement process/outcome.
