Pelican Rouge Group Operator interview questions

Meeting with 2 members of the management team in local hotel. Completed an application form and a one page questionnaire before being interviewed. Interview lasted about 45 minutes all in. I was offered the job about 1 week later. Overall it was your standard interview and quite quick and friendly. Only downside being that other interviewees were sitting close by and could watch/hear the entire interview which can be quite unnerving.
