Interview
Very fast and efficient. Had a phone screening shceduled within 24hrs of applying, and in-person interview and plant tour shceduled within the week. Plant tour was cancelled due to corona virus precautions, which indicated a degree of concern for employees, Interviewers were friendly and professional, and were willing to answer questions directly and honestly so far as I could discern.

Question 1
Interview was a mixture of behavioral questions and questions to gauge experience.
They ask the normal, General questions. Nothing too complicated. Ask questions about past employment. They Ask you personality questions and how you would respond to certain situations. Overall, nothing out of the ordinary.
