If Pelotons' interview process gives you a sense of the organizations culture, employee engagement, and process and procedures, then you will find yourself in a very unorganized, non communicative, beuracratic, non diverse work environment. Horrific experience with a long drawn out process, unengaged, egotistical interviewers, no follow up, and observed discriminatory practices.
I was reached out to by one recruiter handed off to another recruiter. I then interviewed with the hiring manager shortly after. After not hearing back for several weeks I reached out and was scheduled for more video interviews with the team. The interviewers did not seem very engaged and maintained an ego through the process. I waited about 4 weeks after my 3-4 hours of interviews and heard nothing. I received an automated email that said they were going to pursue other candidates, however before that I received a personal email form another recruiter stating they were going through some changes and putting the role on hold. It was an extremely drawn out process and a complete waste of time. I would not recommend applying for jobs based on the candidate experience.
Peloton really needs to improve their recruiting process and candidate experience by taking this feedback seriously. I'm sure they get a lot of candidates, but there is no excuse for not respecting another persons time, gender, race or a person as a person in their entirety.
