Peloton reached out to me after they came across my resume. I was not going to post a review of my experience because I hate doing that after interviewing with companies but Peloton is that terrible that I'm writing this out. I applied to various startups in New York City over the years and I recommend that you run away / do not apply here. Seriously. They have this attitude about themselves that I'm glad it came out during the interview process because I would have been miserable working on this team. Even if we continued forward and I received an offer, I would 100% not accept it.
Everything seemed disorganized in the process since the person who was interviewing me would be someone who is also on my team. Does not seem like they have any type of HR person or process. They also kept delaying when I'd hear back if we were continuing in the interviewing process or not but when I asked for a due date on a task that they sent over, they were put off and stated that we were looking for different things because I asked a question. Additionally, their product exercise seemed like they were looking for people to give them various solutions to a current problem they have but do not actually have a role open (looking for free work). Overall, the experience was ridiculous. I would definitely not recommend this company to any person I know.
