Interview
The interview process was pretty quick. First had a call with the recruiter for 30 mins. The recruiter asked some engaging questions, which is a welcome change. He knew what he was talking about. After that, I was called onsite for about 3 hours. First, there was a panel interview: was given a case to solve, which was interesting. Then there were 4 one on ones, typical questions. The most disheartening aspect was the interview with the CEO. He was pretty disengaged, felt as if he just wanted to get out of the room the moment he walked in. Felt like the company valued pedigree. Some of the positives I took away from the interview process is that the employees were all happy to be working at Pendo. There was a good vibe. The product has a lot of potential.

Interview
Started with a recruiter and then went through many rounds of interviews including a take-home exercise and presentation. The staff and process were very professional.
Got to the final steps only to find that the job was taken by an internal candidate and the requirements changed to prioritize an in-office hire vs. remote. This was not the expectation when starting the interview process and disappointing to have spent as much effort in the process to not move forward.

Interview
The process starts with a typical call from the recruiter. Really pleasant experience there..then there is a call with the hiring manager. General behavioral questions and how you deal with different stakeholders etc.
Then there is the onsite where you get to interview with all the stakeholders- Someone from technical, your hiring manager again, vp of product, someone from ux,and the CEO himself.
They start of with a one hour group session where all of the above mentioned people are there. They would ask you a typical product design question and will go to the level of representing it as features and stories..can't give the exact question here but read the PM interview book.

Then they get into an HR each with all the people you interviewed with before.
I agree with few of the other reviews here which say that Tood seems a little uninterested during the summer interview process..but the guy is great and must just be overworked..
