Interview
Phone / Meet Greet followed by pone tech screen followed by 3-4 hour in person interview with office manager and finally the CEO; Scott. You can expect the typical questions for a network position, but what is very unexpected is when you meet the CEO . You will find this company is rated a top places to work in Houston, but there isn't much stock to be put into that fact being that less than 25 people work for this company.

Question 1
Networking centric questions that were moderately challenging. The kicker was the weird personality tests the CEO does with you one on one in a room for 2+ hours.
