Online assessment centre with a couple of interviews including a simulation of interviewing a client on their legal issue and a separate interview on myself and my motivations, a work exercise and an opportunity to ask questions to trainees.
Good well thought out process. Disrupted slightly by covid and having to do it through zoom but all in all a good process. Would recommend to anyone interested in a vac scheme or training contract.
