Interview
The HR asked questions regarding skills and qualifications to ensure that you are qualified for the job that you have applied for. Then, the manager asked technical questions and asked to show examples of your work or discuss a project you worked on in the past.

Application included a written assignment and 2 interviews: 1 with the hiring manager and 1 with the department's director. The written assignment was to test both my contextual knowledge and technical skills (drafting and editing, etc.)
