Initially the process was positive, however there was no follow up after the interview. A timeframe was given in the interview however no outcome was given even after chasing, there was no response.
The process took 2 months. I interviewed at People's Partnership (Crawley, West Sussex, South East England, England)
Interview
Telephone interview conducted, after having a conversation from HR advised of possible date and time for face to face interview.
After not hearing back of confirmation, chased HR for confirmation. Heard nothing back, after sending 2 separate emails. After chasing via a phone call, finally received interview details.
Attended interview, and after waiting 7 days, chased yet again for feedback, only to be told they had given another candidate the role.
Communication seems to be an issue here from the HR department . As a candidate I took the time to my research on the company and devoted quite some considerable time preparing for interview, at the very least I should not be chasing the HR department for an answer/feedback on if I have been successful or not, better communication is needed all round
