They asked standard interview questions. It only lasted about 5 minutes. I told them I didn't have my drivers license yet, and I was working on that. I told them over the phone that I didn't have a drivers license, and they were fine with it, and called me for an interview anyway. The interviewer looked at me like I was crazy when I told them I was making 8.25 an hour at Advance Auto Parts, and only wanted 25 cents more. Anyway, after that, they told me they'll call me back. I never heard back, even though the interview went really well. This was a complete waste of time!!! Even if you're not interviewing for a position that doesn't require you to drive or move vehicles in and out of the bays, you need a drivers license. Point blank... No license. No job.
