Not too bad overall; I completed two telephone interviews and one online assessment. The interviewers were relatively nice and friendly, so my advice is definitely to apply as early as possible.

Overall a standard process. HR was able to engage almost all candidates. Questions were more motivational than technical. The interviewer was really nice and polite (somewhat encouraging). Feedbacks are given when asked for.

Interviews were done with Dartmouth partners, fairly fast and efficient process. I did 2 rounds of interviews with the same interviewer - one was a telephone interview, the other was a zoom call. The questions were not too technical mainly competency and motivational.
