Interview
The first interview invitation was from the CEO. He is a incredible guy, full of passion, and understands what implementation is needed.
The following interview was an in person meeting with HR/Accountant, Engineer, and fulfillment manager. A brief assessment of personally, understating of the product, and my future goals was performed. From what I observed, all the people in the house have great entrepreneurial mindset and are willing to mentor.
Multi task in the small business is expected; in the other hand, intense and tremendous growth is guaranteed.
